What is the Swan ISA and who are Swan?

The Swan Real Estate PLC 6.25% 3 year Bond is now available via the Swan ISA and is secured on an underlying portfolio of UK residential developments and real estate actively managed by the Swan Group. In effect the bondholders have a first ranking floating charge granted over all property and assets. The assets will be held by the Security Trustee on behalf of Bondholders until the completion and sale, at which time the capital and profit in real cash terms is realised.
